Measuring the Effectiveness of Raja Yoga Meditation: A Unique Approach.

I meditate for people who are facing specific problems or challenges for a period of one to two months. During this time, I check with the individual every 15 days to see how their problem is progressing and to get updates on what percentage of the problem has been resolved.
This approach can be helpful in two ways. Firstly, it provides a way to measure progress in a concrete way, which can help to validate the effectiveness of the meditation practice. Secondly, it offers a service to others that can help to alleviate their suffering and support their well-being.
