I had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a Raja Yoga 7-day course for enthusiastic brothers and sisters in Europe during the Covid pandemic in 2019. The course consisted of 16 classes, each lasting approximately half an hour. The first 15 sessions were focused on theory, covering important topics such as self-awareness, mindfulness, and the nature of the mind. The final session was a practical session on how to do Raja Yoga meditation. I am extremely grateful to a kind husband and wife who helped me create all 16 classes as a podcast in a short span of time. Their support was invaluable and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
The Raja Yoga meditation classes I taught can have many benefits, such as helping individuals develop inner peace, mindfulness, self-realization, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. By offering the course in podcast format, I hope to share the teachings of Raja Yoga with people worldwide, so that they too can experience the transformative power of this ancient practice.
