You have to decide our life we have to have a goal, plan for it and then work for it. There might be hurdles on the way, we have to be prepared for it. If we fail to do so, we will be compelled to work and fulfill some one else dream project. Whether you like it or not you have to fit in their design and more over you cannot complain as you have chosen this alternative.

Let's dream big, plan well and execute well, let's not complain the short comings. Certainly! Setting goals, creating plans, and working towards them is a fundamental aspect of personal and professional growth. It allows us to have a sense of purpose, motivation, and direction in life. Here's a detailed description of the process:

Dream Big: Start by envisioning your ideal future. Imagine what you want to achieve in different aspects of life, such as career, relationships, personal development, health, and hobbies. Dreaming big encourages you to think beyond your current circumstances and opens up possibilities.

Define Your Goals: Once you have a broad vision, break it down into specific, actionable goals. Your goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART goals). For example, if your dream is to start a successful business, your goals might include writing a business plan, securing funding, and launching the company within a specific timeframe.

Create a Plan: Develop a step-by-step plan to achieve each goal. Break down your goals into smaller tasks or milestones. Determine the resources, skills, and knowledge required to accomplish them. Set deadlines and create a timeline to track your progress. A well-structured plan helps you stay organized and focused.

Overcome Hurdles: Be prepared for obstacles and challenges along the way. Anticipate potential hurdles and develop strategies to overcome them. This might involve learning new skills, seeking advice from mentors or experts, adapting your approach, or being flexible in the face of unexpected circumstances. Persistence and resilience are key qualities to cultivate when facing setbacks.

Take Action: Execution is crucial. Start taking concrete steps towards your goals. Break down your plan into smaller tasks and work on them consistently. Celebrate small victories along the way to maintain motivation. Regularly evaluate your progress and make adjustments as necessary. Remember, consistent effort and discipline are vital for success.

Embrace Accountability: Hold yourself accountable for your actions and results. Regularly review your performance against your goals. Seek feedback from mentors, friends, or colleagues who can provide valuable insights and support. Consider joining groups or communities related to your aspirations to connect with like-minded individuals and share experiences.

Adapt and Learn: Remain open to learning and growth. Reflect on your experiences, both successes and failures, and identify lessons to apply in the future. Be willing to adjust your goals or plans if needed. Remember that the journey towards your dreams is a dynamic process, and flexibility can lead to unexpected opportunities.

By following these steps, you can pursue your own dreams and aspirations instead of being compelled to fulfill someone else's vision. It allows you to have a greater sense of fulfillment and control over your own life. Even when facing challenges, maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on problem-solving rather than complaining will help you overcome obstacles more effectively.
