Whenever we start a task we have to finish it. Some people go to gym for some days and they give up, some plan for daily evening walk but they give up.


To such people if they are given a new task their mind at once asks this question that will you able to complete this task, this question arises because they do not have the habit of completing a task.





Those who asks when do you want to complete this new tasks, it means they are habitual in not completing the task in time.


To overcome this , we should start writing the tasks we need to complete in a day, once the task is complete we have to put a tick. After few days or weeks you will be able to complete all the tasks in hand.


Developing the habit of completing tasks is essential for personal productivity and success. It can be challenging for some individuals who struggle with consistency and follow-through. To overcome this hurdle, creating a daily task list and implementing effective strategies can be highly beneficial.
