Raja Yoga – 7 Days Course – Podcast
Welcome to the podcast edition of the Raja Yoga 7 Days Course in Tamil. During the Covid pandemic in 2019, I had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a Raja Yoga course for enthusiastic brothers and sisters residing in Europe.
About the Course
The course consisted of sixteen classes, each lasting approximately thirty minutes. The first fifteen sessions focused on the theory of Raja Yoga, covering topics such as self-awareness, mindfulness, the nature of the mind and spiritual growth.
The sixteenth and final session was a practical class explaining how to practise Raja Yoga meditation in daily life.
Through these lessons, participants are encouraged to embark on an inner journey of self-discovery and experience greater peace, happiness and self-realisation.
